create a new group(?) type that is incremental. this, in combination with tracking user id, would make submission easier as pressing the increment button knows to increase the score by 1.

Maybe this could just be a new submit command type. It could just go on top of the integer type but you wouldn't need to submit a score, it would just auto increment for you. This would avoid me having to modify the database schema.

I also could have a new score type that is only editable with the submit increment command, but that command could also edit the regular integer score type.
