timeout in remove_user_submission #56

For some reason, when I am doing multiple submissions in a row, sometimes the submissions stop working. I think this has something to do with timing out the submission? Maybe need to double check that submissions are properly removed. If that is not it, add timestamps to exception printouts and try to figure out why it is happening.

The submission didn't turn up. Unless it was denied, there was a problem.

I should set up another logging instance that just prints to std out and I can use that to catch and print exceptions that I am investigating for a timestamp.

seems the timeout is still happening even though the submissions went through. This explains why submissions break if I do multiple in a row. The timeout will cancel the one I am currently doing.
