Gitea released a new feature called actions. I believe I can use this instead of buildbot to do my cd/ci pipeline.

Create a new workflow to use the actions and test.

Also can probably remove the buildbot build scripts.

Was doing testing to get a baseline workflow working. Develop workflow exists. Need to make the more specialized one for pushes to main.

Decided that I really don't need a develop and main branch. Develop tag is now created on all pushes to main branch, and the latest tag/specific tags are updated on tags on main.

Move to monitor because need to watch to see if tags workflow works properly.

On tags didn't work like I hoped. It started an action for all pushes. Need to figure out if I need to specify the tag. Also, env.BRANCH_TAG didn't work properly with those, maybe because there was no tag.

Tried with a real tag, env.BRANCH_TAG didn't appear. At least the workflow worked as expected. Probably need to find the correct way to limit the tags to what I am expecting and then also find the tag within the workflow.
