I should have better database connection. If the connection is refused, the bot fails to start. I should at least have a certain number of re-connection attempts before failing to start.

Also want to have the bot create the database if it doesn't exist. It should never not exist, but this is just best practice I think.

I think I want to at least update all of my packages. I can't connect vscode extensions to my sql database. It might be because I'm using an old version?

I'm wondering if I should just migrate to sqlite for now. Its not like I have a very large user base to support... It would make things easier and still would be able to change back easily if needed. That's the beautiful part of using the sqlalchemy connection.
