I don't see code to support resending a group's message after it is deleted on the discord side but the message id is still in the database. Investigate if I need to add it or if it is working somehow magically.

Nope, it gets broken.

After fixing this bug, also want to update set group output_channel to delete the message and then post in the new channel. Just need to delete the old message and then call post message, which will then be able to recognize that the message isn't in the channel and create a new one.
