Need to create a class that represents an election cycle.

Constructor parameters:

  • start date
  • end date(?)

Functions:

  • perform action
    • This function should take in a date object and then do a thing that might have to happen on the day. Examples include: announce election, start candidacy announcements, start voting, stop and tally voting, etc.

Initial class with general flow has been made. I am closing this issue and opening up smaller scope ones for filling out the rest of the actions required for the basic features.
