Want the admins to be able to edit the configs via discord commands. This just requires the config object to be globally available and to save the configs when they change.

Decided to move away from Hydra. Elected to just use the dataclass as a global variable that is updated and saved. Using dataclass wizard to easily load/save the yaml file.

All work for migrating config is done and bot works as far as I can tell. I didn't test everything, but I scoured the code and removed all references to old config.

Next step is to add the method to edit configs through commands for admins. Probably want to be able to set all roles, channels, and the event options.
