Want to make an annoy xal command. I think it should just tag him in a random channel. Also has a global command timeout to prevent it from being too abused. Time should be between like 1 and 7 days?

Probably also want to think up multiple things to say when annoying him.

Had many ideas for the annoy command:

  • first, not just specific to xal. the person calling the command can target someone else
  • use a database to track the annoyances
    • an annoyance can be related to a person or just a general one
    • users can upload to the database through discord
    • database will track who the annoyance is for, an id, and the file that the annoyance is stored in.
  • want to do sound file too. A user can upload their own sound file.
    • this will be interesting to implement. will need to be able to upload a file instead of just create a file from text.
      • text file is due to this idea instead of just storing text in the database
    • if a user chooses sound and the file chosen is text, text-to-speech will be used
  • need to limit the choice of channels that the annoy can be sent to
    • if the annoyee is in the general voice chat, that channel gets added to the group of channels the annoy can be sent to
    • the annoyee's dm is also a target
  • need to have a timeout for both the annoyer and the annoyee. This is to prevent abuse.
