There are breaking changes with sqlalchemy 2+ and pandas (I am assuming 2+).

I don't remember what exactly is wrong with sqlalchemy.

Pandas does not seem to recognize my sqlalchemy connection. Maybe it is because it is an older version.

Current version of pandas had a problem with python 3.12. When updating, I can try python 3.12 again.
