I would love to figure out how to read what files were changed in git and then only update the channels that have changed messages. This will reduce how long it takes to update everything due to rate limits.

Another advantage of this would be when template messages are updated I can just do a pull but then don't have to update all messages, because messages were not updated.

Probably best if I use the information given to me by gitea.
