I should make a new repository and allow a dakiny gitea account to have access to it. I can then either try to do a webhook (difficult) or just pull on an interval then make the required changes.

I will need a database relating all text documents to a discord message id. Might need channel too.

If a new document is found, then a new message is created. the channel id is based off of the directory the document is in.
