Kandy would like to track which types of events are hosted, so this means I need to record events in a database.
Want to also have a list of event types for the event to be, to be provided by Kandy/Council.
Would also want to record the number of people who attend,

Can link into #59 when linking interested users to an event?

Likely need to do additional enhancement to recording events in order to provide all the data that Kandy has requested in #72. Need to record in a database the host and the attendees at least. Probably should break up an attendees table that links to an event.
