due to game time being utc and people being all over the place timezone wise, it might be good to have some time commands that translate into a user's local time (discord timestamp).

  • /time game
    • gives the current game time
  • /time at
    • imitates the /at command in HammerTime a little bit
    • a user can give a date and time and it will return a timestamp
  • /time at_gametime
    • similar to at, just takes in hour and minute and returns a timestamp for that hour and minute in gametime. Doesn't care about the date.

Combined at_gametime and at commands. Didn't see the need for both.
