I think there might be some certificate timeout for gitea. The bot has access just fine on a fresh restart but maybe the certificate that it gets times out, as the bot is run for a long time. This might be a hard thing to test/track/fix. Ideas include getting a new connection to git or trying to extend certificate timeout. Maybe could also turn off ssl certification and that would fix it.

Added a catch for when the GitCommandError happens to refresh the connection. Need to check back in a couple of months of the bot running without restart to see if the error has gone away.

I didn't see the error when checking back (I think) but there is still a different issue. Somehow the webhook listener is trying to bind on an already bound port. This too could be causing issues.
