Then, express those feelings to the clan chat and invite others to join in. Use the classic improv motto of "Yes and.." to build off what others say and allow others to take the spotlight in the conversation.

+**Add depth**
+It's great to get into deep conversation in this mostly anonymous space. Get into Real Talk by asking questions such as, "What was your thought process like?" or "Why did you decide to do that?" Try to understand one another as if you were reaching through your screen to touch the other person's soul.

+**Don't leave people hanging**
+Nobody likes asking a question or saying Hello and getting completely ignored by the clan. It's common for people to not reply while bossing, or afk, or on another tab, we can't all respond to every message every time. And often we may not have the answer to the question being asked.

+**Intel Gathering**
+Not every rank needs to keep track of everything. So you'll happen across information that you don't need, but that higher ranks do. So keep an eye out for info that could be useful. This includes logging guests from our CC in <#666426416337911818>, passing along event ideas, highlighting potential admins. Simply drop a quick post using the template in <#666426416337911818> and we will document it on our spreadsheet.

+**Answer the door**
+When a new clan member joins as a guest (usually from a social media post) they won't make a grand entrance. Instead, it's up to the Coordinators to "lay down the red carpet" and make them feel warm and welcomed. Once you confirm who sent them our way, try to make a quick effort to get them officially in the clan. Every admin+ can add new recruits to the RS3 clan, so your role here as Coordinator is to get them invited to the clan, and then drop a message in <#666426416337911818> for record keeping.

+> __**Creating The Dakiny Experience**__
+
+Everyone on the Clan Council should feel responsible for the fate of the clan and be able to implement their own ideas. All of you are encouraged to try out that big idea and then just bring it up in <#623143352484888587> when you do. Of course, you are also encouraged to debate and disagree with the ideas being implemented by others. Even if it's the Prime Minister's idea, you should feel safe and empowered to dissent. The final decision is always held by voting in <#666645356838125607>.

+Lets have fun with democracy! If you are the lone voice dissenting, a higher rank may just push forward with their idea as they are free to do so. You should give your opinion and debate with them and then they can still disagree and push forward with the idea anyway. But you shouldn't stop there! If you think they are making a bad decision or even mistake, you should talk to your fellow Clan Council Members and find those who agree with you. Once more than half of the Council Members post dissenting opinions, the change will be rolled back and the issue will be brought to the <#666645356838125607> for another vote.

+Bring your idea up in <#623143352484888587> and take it to an discussion, maybe shape the idea round so it results even better than the original thought. After you think the idea is ready to be published, announce a poll in <#666645356838125607> with options to vote yes 👍  / no 👎  / abstain 🤷. Clan Leaders have the Executive Order ability, meaning changes can be made to the clan at any time, without needing a vote. The use of Execute Orders should be kept as low as possible, if not leaving out its use entirely.

+After the change has been implemented, the council is going to post an announcement in <#642729302630072320> so that everyone in the clan is allowed to keep track of the changes being made.

+If you disagree with a change that has been made, make your voice heard in the workshop. Usually, a quick conversation can resolve disagreements, but should at least half of all CMs disagree with a change that has been made, a clan vote will be initiated in <#666645356838125607> to issue the final verdict. If a disagreement reaches, the voting structure favors the original status quo. This means the change is immediately rolled back and those in favor of the new change must win the vote for it to be implemented. To push through an idea where there is a disagreement, a full 51% of CMs must vote in favor of instituting the change.

+We need fun events happening both in-game and on Discord. We have virtually unlimited amounts of clan funding so help us put that money to good use! Simply ask a High Council member about your idea and we'll get you set up with everything you could need: Prize money, a channel, and roles too if you need them. Feel free to host an event we've held in the past or dream up something brand new. You can use past events exactly as they were, change the specifics, and mix and match ideas you've seen in our games and elsewhere. Don't be afraid to try something out, even if it fails you'll still learn a ton about how to make the next event a huge success. Seriously, it's okay to take a chance on something. Just give it a try!

+> __**The Wider Dakiny Community**__
+
+What started as a friend chat in 2007 has since grown into a multi-game organization with dozens of active, daily participants. Feel free to invite more. Each clan is an individual member-nation within the Dakiny Union. We welcome new clans into our organization from all games and grant the freedom for members and entire clans to leave, if they so wish. If a Clan Leader wishes to exit the Dakiny Union with their clan, we simply ask for a poll to determine the wishes of the majority of the active players in that clan.

The Clan Leaders have full ownership and autonomy over their individual clans, but are required to follow the precedents established to maintain membership within the Dakiny Union.
