+**#** on a typical week, I supplemented 30-50% of my weekly capping in order to meet the clan's weekly resource requirement
+**#** on mobile, the resource bar interface can wrongly mark as 'red' when the resource amount is past but near the threshold to turning green (this does not happen on desktop version)
+**#** on mobile, setting resource target is possible, but you cannot to look up the minimum targets you need to set (see values at end).

+It is not possible to hover over the resources. If the resource bar looks red, it is possible it has reached green. To be safe, either collect a few more resources to see green or login to desktop client.

+**4-** For citadel upkeep, the **number of visitors** since last reset must be** 5** or more & all six required **resources must meet upkeep**.
+
+Inform Council a couple days prior to reset if any of these requirements are not met.
+
+If requirements are met, inform Council that the Citadel is good for the week.

+**(a)** You can use the "Map layout" (circled in red) tab to quickly teleport to various locations within the citadel.

+**(b) **Teleport to the Town Square (see red arrow in image above) to "Atune to Avatar" using the Avatar Control Stone.
+
+Player may choose to 50% bonus to the resources gathered from the skill plots or increased buffs up to 6% additional experience depending on how many fealty the clan member has.
+The avatar bonus **may** be swapped as needed, so one can gather resources with the 50% increase then switch to xp buff for the remainder of the week when finished.
