+**Answer the door**
+When a new clan member joins as a guest (usually from a social media post) they won't make a grand entrance. Instead, it's up to the Coordinators to "lay down the red carpet" and make them feel warm and welcomed. Once you confirm who sent them our way, try to make a quick effort to get them officially in the clan. Every admin+ can add new recruits to the RS3 clan, so your role here as Coordinator is to get them invited to the clan, and then drop a message in <#666426416337911818> for record keeping.

Clan Leaders have the Executive Order ability, meaning changes can be made to the clan at any time, without needing a vote. The use of Execute Orders should be kept as low as possible, if not leaving out its use entirely.

+**1.** Dakiny is place of kindness, respect, and love. We pride ourselves on being a clan which accepts those from all walks of life. Be kind and respectful to each other.

+**2.** Dakiny thrives on acceptance. We do not discriminate against anyone because of their background, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, social status, political affiliation, or lifestyle. Personal attacks or antagonizing other clan members are not allowed in Clan Chat, discord text channels, or discord voice channels.

+**3.** Slurs of any kind, whether directed at someone or used in conversation, are prohibited. (ie: ||retard||, ||cunt||, ||pussy||, or other degrading terms).

+**4.** No spam, begging, advertising, or political talk in public chats. This includes abusing pings in discord, posting political memes, and similar actions. Those will be deleted by Clan Council and moderation staff, manually or via a bot.

+**5.** Cussing/swearing and friendly banter are not forbidden, but please do not use harsh language excessively or direct such language at fellow clan members.

They are expected to be neutral mediators in conflicts, and are to treat all clan members with the respect and dignity they deserve. Please follow the guidance of the council when resolving and deescalating conflicts.

+• If for any reason you feel that a fellow clan member is not adhering to these rules, please use the <#891826728610172969> to discuss this with the council.

+• If for any reason you feel that the council has made an unfair or unjust decision, you can appeal this decision using either the <#891826728610172969>, or by contacting a council member via DM. The council will review the case and discuss whether any action needs to be taken.

+**Breaking any of the above rules will result in the following:**

+**• First offense:** A warning will be issued via DM. Mutes may be used in more severe cases.

+**• Second offense:** A 7 day suspension from the in-game clan chat and discord server. You may be re-invited after the 7-day period.

+**•Third+ offense:** A council vote will be triggered on whether to issue a permanent, unappealable ban from the in-game clan and discord server.
