To upload code, a username and email must be input (email does not need to be real):
Open the command window and input a username and password with the following commands:
git config --global user.name "Mona Lisa"
git config --global user.email "Mona Lisa"
    The Username and/or email should make it clear which council member made the edits.

**Adding and Updating Messages:**

*For rate limiting reasons, please minimize total number of messages and maximize post length (2000 character max).*
*For now, adding a picture link requires a forced message break to place the image properly*
