Everyone on the Clan Council should feel responsible for the fate of the clan and be able to implement their own ideas. All of you are encouraged to try out that big idea and then just bring it up in <#623143352484888587> when you do. Of course, you are also encouraged to debate and disagree with the ideas being implemented by others. Even if it's the Prime Minister's idea, you should feel safe and empowered to dissent. The final decision is always held by voting in <#666645356838125607>.

Lets have fun with democracy! If you are the lone voice dissenting, a higher rank may just push forward with their idea as they are free to do so. You should give your opinion and debate with them and then they can still disagree and push forward with the idea anyway. But you shouldn't stop there! If you think they are making a bad decision or even mistake, you should talk to your fellow Clan Council Members and find those who agree with you. Once more than half of the Council Members post dissenting opinions, the change will be rolled back and the issue will be brought to the <#666645356838125607> for another vote.
