Bring your idea up in <#623143352484888587> and take it to an discussion, maybe shape the idea round so it results even better than the original thought. After you think the idea is ready to be published, announce a poll in <#666645356838125607> with options to vote yes 👍 / no 👎 / abstain 🤷. Clan Leaders have the Executive Order ability, meaning changes can be made to the clan at any time, without needing a vote. The use of Execute Orders should be kept as low as possible, if not leaving out its use entirely.

After the change has been implemented, the council is going to post an announcement in <#642729302630072320> so that everyone in the clan is allowed to keep track of the changes being made.

|
If you disagree with a change that has been made, make your voice heard in the workshop. Usually, a quick conversation can resolve disagreements, but should at least half of all CMs disagree with a change that has been made, a clan vote will be initiated in <#666645356838125607> to issue the final verdict. If a disagreement reaches, the voting structure favors the original status quo. This means the change is immediately rolled back and those in favor of the new change must win the vote for it to be implemented. To push through an idea where there is a disagreement, a full 51% of CMs must vote in favor of instituting the change.

**Creating New Roles and Channels**

Only the High Council is capable of creating new channels and roles. Though, we are always looking for new ideas and in need of assistance adding tags to our members. New ideas are welcomed from everyone, so if you dream up something fun or you hear it from someone else, take the initiative, follow our "flow of implementing a new idea" and make it a reality!
