View votes is a little hard to read. Try to break it out into who voted for what candidate so information isn't as repeated and it is less bloated.

Also would be nice if I could make it modular, so you can view a specific person's votes and when they have been voted for. I think that all three things can be optional.

Decided it would be good to make the votes also a sub command. Would have 3 sub Votes: regular election, discord manager, clan leader.

Should be done after #49, which will make the HC election tracking design a bit better,
