git access timeout

I didn't see the error when checking back (I think) but there is still a different issue. Somehow the webhook listener is trying to bind on an already bound port. This too could be causing issues.

Still having issues with elections happening correctly.

Seems like check date was run on the correct day, but it then wasn't able to start properly.
