Edit configs from discord.

All work for migrating config is done and bot works as far as I can tell. I didn't test everything, but I scoured the code and removed all references to old config.

Making changes to the yaml file for better clarification/usability. Will need to manually update it.

Edit configs from discord.

Decided to move away from Hydra. Elected to just use the dataclass as a global variable that is updated and saved. Using dataclass wizard to easily load/save the yaml file.
