Database changes

Council wants two pools of points. ClanPoints and EventPoints. This issue will handle renaming ParticipationPoints to EventPoints.

Data analysis within a quarter for Kandy

Could potentially add something that would track interest vs attendance if #59 gets set up and working.

Other data points could have to do with event types. Total events of each type, average attendance for each type. This data would come from the list added in #67.
