Easy fix. Just catch the exception and replace the sorted list with None. Pandas handles concatenating None easily.

Thinking more on it raised some issues. I have to consider how to do this more. It becomes tricky with limited weekly points. It might encourage me to rework how a few things work in the backend…

Editing rules

Don't need a command to update the rules at this moment. Council can edit files in gitea and that works nicely.
